How We Hire
So you know how things will go before you apply, and you know exactly where you are in the hiring process at all times.
Phone Call
You’ll have an informal video call with the hiring manager, just to get to know you a little bit.
Interview
You’ll have a more formal (but still informal) 1-hour video interview with the hiring team.
Task
You’ll receive a small assignment, which we’ll pay you to complete (just like you’re a contractor).
Review
We’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to go over your completed assignment and learn about your process.
Offer
You’ll receive an offer!
