Effortlessly comply with the Hawaii’s new pay transparency law
As of January 1st, 2024, the Hawaii Pay Transparency Law is in effect.
This means employers are now required to list the salary range in job descriptions for all Hawaii jobs.
Luckily, when you write your jobs in Datapeople we make complying with new pay transparency laws easy.
- If your post is missing required salary information, our sidebar guidance will alert you to add compensation details
- Jobs that are missing compensation details will be flagged in your Compliance Report
- When you do detail compensation, we’ll give kudos to your team and highlight it in green
As more pay transparency laws go into effect, we will, of course, continue to update our platform and ensure you are compliant with location-specific legislation. For more information on what to disclose when, where, and why, read more here.
Cheers to continuing to move with more confidence (and compliance) in 2024 and beyond. We look forward to learning from you this year and growing our platform in the areas that serve you and your candidates best. Thanks for reading!
