Templates offering greater control and flexibility 
We have streamlined the creation, management, and usage of templates.
With this release, we are introducing template statuses. The status of a template will control its potential usage. Administrators can access Draft templates from their ‘Manage Templates’ page. Published templates will be accessible by all users, and Administrators can remove them from public use by Unpublishing them, which will revert them to Draft status. Templates can reduce the time to craft an effective job post by up to 80%!
We have also made finding your desired templates easier by listing them alphabetically and introducing the ability to search on the ‘Write a Post’ modal.

Requisition Progress Reports for real-time hiring optimization 
The Requisition Progress Report provides an intimate look at the lifecycle of a requisition, from opening to closing. This singular view ensures that the entire hiring team understands the requisition’s latest progress and can align on smart adjustments to improve outcomes.
Each requisition you create in your ATS will generate a Requisition Progress Report. Requisition Progress Reports will be accessible in the Library drop-down and are organized by the status of the requisition in your ATS.
